What was it about?
Custom home in a very narrow lot with very efficient natural light and ventilation. Home was built utilizing cold formed steel framing.
What did I do?
Working with the architect and engineer, we self performed every aspect of this project, from foundation to the very last touch ups. As the builder, I was constantly on site monitoring the performance of the team and supporting them when needed.
What did I learn?
Being a forerunner for a new system in my country was not easy. The industry was not yet ready to support the system as a whole and for that reason, we had to be very creative to accomplish good results. Sometimes, it felt like we were running a lab!
