What was it about?
Three stories, 9250 sqft home located in the capital of Brazil with a unique view facing the lake. Designed for structural steel and cold-formed steel. This home has a lot of character, with a home theater, 4 bedrooms, two kitchens, a huge living room, spa, art studio, and the magic third-floor terrace with a view that takes your breath away once you get up there.
What did I do?
Construlight Steel Frame was selected to be the builder for this high-end custom home and we self-performed all the work for it, including excavation, foundation, MEP, structure, concrete work, paving, gates, brick walls, automation, spa, and the semi Olympic pool lane.
What did I learn?
I learned that high-end custom homes with high tech can have in their walls hundreds of miles of cables. It is quite astonishing.
